«Прімо Сале»-молодий італійський сир, родом з Сицилії
Має солодкий, ніжний, тонкий смак
Багатий на білки, кальцій та амінокислоти
Склад: молоко коров'яче, сіль морська, закваска культур молочнокислих мікроорганізмів, фермент мікробного походження.
Поживна цінність: білки - 15.3 г; жири - 17.3 г; вуглеводи - 2.1 г; сіль - 0,75 г.
Калорійність: 225 Ккал.
Смачний свіжий сир можна додавати до основних страв та салатів, бутербродів. Також його можно готувати на грилі або на антипригарній сковороді. Сир нарізається скибочками товщиною приблизно 1 см кладеться на розігріту на середньому вогні антипригарну сковороду. В залежнослі від температури, смажимо 30-60 секунд з кожної сторони. Додаємо сіль та спеції до смаку.
Смакує з оливками, прошуто, солодкими конфітюрами.
